1. Information We Collect
When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, and gender. When you take an assessment, we collect your responses and results. When you make a payment, payment is processed by Paystack — we do not store your card details. We may also collect usage data such as pages visited and lessons completed.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, deliver course content and assessments, personalise your learning experience, send you important account and subscription updates, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Assessment Data
Your assessment results — including your ACE profile, DISC profile, EQ score, and Temperament type — are stored securely and used to personalise your programme recommendations and dashboard. You can retake assessments at any time. Old results are not deleted unless you request it.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to manage your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in to the Platform.
5. Data Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted infrastructure provider with industry-standard encryption. Login sessions are managed via secure httpOnly cookies — not localStorage — to protect against common web security vulnerabilities.
6. Data Sharing
We share your data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Platform — including Supabase (database), Paystack (payments), and email delivery providers. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for other purposes.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your name, email, country and password from your profile settings. To request full deletion of your account and data, contact us at hello@aceleadershiphub.com. We will process deletion requests within 14 business days.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us and we will remove the account.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last updated.
