1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ACE Leadership Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
2. Description of Service
ACE Leadership Hub is a leadership development platform offering online programmes, assessments, events, and coaching content across three pillars: Agency, Collaboration, and Empathy. Access to certain content requires a paid subscription.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to access premium content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain programmes require a monthly or annual subscription. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have a concern.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including course materials, videos, assessments, frameworks, and written content — is the intellectual property of ACE Leadership Hub and Daniel Ade-Peters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes attempting to access other users' accounts, scraping content, distributing course materials outside the Platform, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
ACE Leadership Hub provides educational content for informational and development purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from completing any programme. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
